Around Macon, good coaches book up before each season, so ask about waiting lists and package rates rather than single lessons. Group clinics are the cheapest way for an adult beginner to get regular court time and a set of practice partners, and many programs across Georgia sort players by NTRP level so matches stay competitive. League sign-ups happen a few weeks before each season through a club or a local USTA captain. Camps and junior academies usually require a short evaluation first; ask about scholarship or sliding-scale spots, which many non-profit tennis associations offer.

No hours are on file. If you plan a visit, phone first or check the Google Maps link on this page for the latest times. The listed phone number is (478) 796-5146. Mercer University’s Five Star Stadium is a great place to watch the Mercer Bears, the 2024 Southern Conference Champions, play some great FCS D1 level football. Great University, beautiful campus and some great football.

This is a very nice, and well kept stadium that is the football field for Mercer University. The aluminum bleachers stay fairly cool to the touch even when it feels like you are sitting on the surface of the sun while at a football game or graduation event. We were here for graduation today. The event was conducted extremely smoothly with no issues. Concessions were open and there were nice cold bottles of water available, $3 a bottle, but available. I was thankful for it. Our son graduated today, all I can say is God provides!! Thank you Jesus!
